Bicycle keys

JUTKEY supplies various brands of bicycle keys, such as Abus, AXA, GAD, Simson and Trelock. But you can also contact us for other brands. If your lock brand is not in the list, do not hesitate to contact us. In most cases we can still provide you with the right key.

To order a key, the key number and brand of the relevant lock are required. The brand is also important because the same number can exist across several brands although the keys are different.

If you still have an original working key, but want an extra copy, you will find the key number and usually a brand designation on the key itself.

The different brands are listed on the left of the page and you click on the brand that applies. The different key series within this brand will then appear. You can then select the series in which the key number falls and this will take you to the next page where you can enter the required key number and then place the order. The order is only final when the payment has actually been made and you have received confirmation by e-mail.

If you no longer have an original key, you can find the key number on the sales invoice or bicycle insurance papers. If no key number is available, then unfortunately we will not be able to create a new key.

If you only have the key number and/or a photo of the key itself, we can advise you which brand and associated series you should order.

If you think you have made the right choice, but you are still a bit uncertain, add a photo of the appropriate key with the key order and indicate "photo attachment" in the reference field. When the order is processed, it is checked whether the correct series has been ordered and, if necessary, the order can be adjusted with the same pricing. In case the price of the correct key deviates from the already paid order amount, you will receive an additional invoice by email.

If the bicycle is insured, inform your insurance company that you have ordered a new key. The key that will be sent to you will be provided with the letter "c" and with that the insurance company knows that it is a duplicate key.
